5th EECA Judges Forum : Commitment to Progress

The Eastern European and Central Asian Judges’ Forum on HIV, Human Rights and the Law –met on 27-28 November 2023 in Chișinău, Moldova, to discuss challenges that punitive laws present to the full realization of the rights of people living with and affected by HIV.

The full Forum report and highlights are forthcoming, but as the meeting marked the 5th meeting of the EECA Forum, the Forum Steering Committee and the Secretariat would like to cease the momentum of the Forum and seek commitment to progress from regional judges by requesting that they engage in the Forum membership.
