Mubin Rustamov
Programme Specialist a.i. on Health and DevelopmentMubin Rustamov (Tajikistan), has more than 20 years of professional experience working in different positions in UNDP and in various contexts, from post-conflict and humanitarian recovery to development context. He has an experience in overall guidance, quality assurance, and leadership of the programme including the leading and oversight of the Global Fund HIV/AIDS and TB project; strategic programming and delivery of country portfolio; maintaining and expanding partnerships with donor organizations, government counterparts, and civil society and private sector. He has been part of the conflict-sensitive social and economic recovery programming with post-conflict rehabilitation and reconstruction focus on Tajikistan and also in Georgia and Libya. He is part of the corporate UN SURGE roster, and he is the certified Managing Successful Programmes AXELOS facilitator. He has a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the Technological University of Tajikistan. He also has a first-level certificate from the Association of Certified Charted Accountants UK, on Academic Writing from the University of California Irvine, and on Influencing People from the University of Michigan through Coursera.
